Hailed as one of the biggest annual events in North America’s trenchless calendar, Underground Construction Technology (UCT) International Conference and Exhibition will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Centre in San Antonio, TX, US (January 24-26, 2012).

This event promises to enjoy another bumper year, covering the entire spectrum of trenchless technology, and cementing its reputation as a major platform for showcasing new developments in the no-dig sector.

UCT is aimed at everyone involved in the installation and rehabilitation of underground infrastructure, including engineers, consultants, contractors, manufacturers and utility owners.

Among the highlights will be 100 educational sessions, including tracks about sewer and water rehabilitation technologies, CIPP technologies, pipebursting and sewer construction. There will also be a WaterWorks conference, a trenchless technical symposium and sessions on HDD. UCT sessions qualify for CEUs (Continuing Education Units) and PDHs (Professional Development Hours).

Visitors can also look forward to numerous networking opportunities: the opening day (Tuesday) features a cocktail reception in the exhibit hall; on Wednesday, lunch (free for attendees) will be available in the exhibit hall and, later that evening, there will be a networking reception held at the Hilton Palacios del Rio hotel (opposite the convention centre).
