1. NUCA is sad to report the passing away of Michael E Argent on February 20, aged 54. Regarded as one of the industry’s visionaries, he served for years on NUCA’s board of directors and as chair of the Trenchless Excavation Committee (1988-90).He was a motivating force behind the growth of trenchless technology within NUCA and the US, and in 1990 he was one of the founding directors of NASTT, subsequently serving on the board for four years.
